- 4 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup water or chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- coconut aminos or soy sauce
- chili oil
- chopped scallions
- sesame oil
Whisk together the eggs, salt and water until combined. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any clumps.
