Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ avocado
  • 3-5 tablespoon condensed milk or sweetened to taste

Instructions

  • Mix together your chia seeds and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes or until chia seeds have absorbed the milk. Stir occasionally.
  • Add in your avocado, crushed ice, and condensed milk. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use whatever milk you have on hand! Plant-based milk like almond milk, oat milk, or even coconut milk works great here. Regular milk would also do the trick!
